·  Performed inventories/audits of multiple Mobile Switching Centers (MSCs).  Audit all existing Network Elements and
their associated terminations at DS0, DS1, DS3, OC3, OC12 and higher rates.

·  Traced out each circuit end-to-end within the MSC.

·  Identified network elements that do not meet Customers and manufacturer labeling standards. Re-label existing panels to conform to the Customers standards and match the engineering database (Granite Xing).

·   Ensured appropriate labels exist for each circuit at DSX1 panel or network interface. Provide a detailed

·  Ensured that all methods and procedures are followed in order to resolve customer technical data and VO/IP issues. Performed installations of Operating Systems, device drivers and various software applications for Laptops.
